We’re excited to announce LessonLogs Reports, a music lesson report creator! Select the music students you wish to create lesson reports for, choose your date range and off you go! Once your music lesson report is created you’ll be able to toggle on and off the music student’s lesson overview, lesson star rating, lesson points and student comments. The music lesson reports are optimized for both PDF and print format.
LessonLogs Reports will help you communicate a students progress with students and parents far more efficiently. Not only that, but you’ll be able to
quickly access and assess how students are progressing. A grading system sometimes works, but seeing progress on an individual basis is what really matters. The other issue this new feature addresses is parent questions at the end of the term. With a large middle school band program, you’re going to have around 300-350 students. That can be a lot of parents and a lot of questions about grades and what their student should be working on. By giving parents these pdf or printed reports at the end of the term, you’ll be answering a whole slew of questions before they are asked to you. One teacher told us that when they first included a LessonLogs report with their students report card, they saw a drastic decrease in parent questions. LessonLogs Reports helped that teacher save about 3 weeks of time over the course of the year.
